Diana Krall Award-winning pianist and vocalist Diana Krall, known for her sensual and charismatic voice, has had an amazing career since the 90s, being considered one of the most successful jazz artists of the recent years.
Released in 2009, her 12th album, “Quiet Nights”, has Brazil as inspiration, the result of a trip that the Canadian singer made there.

Even those already familiar with the breathy vocals and rhythmic lilt in Krall’s music – and now there are millions – will be taken aback by just how far the music pushes, unabashedly, into the realm of sweet surrender. The seductive power of this album and its profound musical maturity are present in all the songs. As moving as “Quiet Nights” is - deriving from Krall’s feelings for Brazil and bossa novas – the singer considers that this is a sensual, intimate and romantic album.
